He's so excited!

Charlie is giggling to himself as he thinks, "oh my silly human".

This picture makes me laugh because it reminds me of David the Knome" , an old tv show on Nickelodeon. I think it's the re pointy hat and the blue. Live on David! or maybe the travelocity knome.
