This Spring while I was in Utah visiting my parents. I got a phone call from a family friend to see if I could help them with some quick Engagement Pictures. I didn't have any of my equipment with me, so my Dad lent me him Rebel and Bob's your Uncle. Thank you Tim Gunn for always inspiring me to "Make it Work". 

 Heather and Paul were married last month. Congrats you two love birds. 

Bonnie & Matt - Engagements

Bonnie & Matt, were so cute and fun. They are happy and sweet people and it was fun to spend an evening with them in the Canyons of Utah. I love mountain flowers and aspens, so it made for an awesome setting. 

Their wedding is next week and I am so excited to fly to Utah to photo the event!

September- Month of Adventuring

{Yes, Skyler's a bit taller than me...}

September, has been a month of extreme adventuring and working. We've been running and gunning; and working hard and playing hard. And we're only half way through.

Can I just emphasis how much I love going on Adventures with Skyler? He's the best adventuring buddy in the world! We've been to South Dakota {very pretty}, back to Utah, and then off to Monterey and San Francisco in California. Plus my mom came and visited me here in Loveland for a few days {and if you know my mom you know how totally AWESOME she is!}. 

So that's the explanation for the short absence from blogging, we've been living life. But don't worry, I have tons of images I am excited to post, and "Pre-blogging" is on my To Do List, so the blog won't feel so lonely.

I'm back now for a little bit before I run off again to shoot weddings and such, 

and I loved that it felt like home when I got back to Loveland.

Chelsey & Rhett Engagements : part II

Are these not so yummy?  I fell in love with these the moment the shutter released.

Chelsey and Rhett are beautiful, inside and out, and I am so happy for them! 

I knew Chesley and her family growing up and I love them all. I remember Chelsey as a teeny tiny girl with white blonde hair running around at swim meets, and now she has grown into such a beautiful woman. I loved seeing Jeannette, her Mom and my good friend, tear-up as Chelsey got dressed for the session. There is so much love in the England Family and I was so grateful that I could spend the evening with them.
